At NeverOwned India, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth, transparent shopping experience. Since our products may include excess inventory, unboxed items, transit-damaged stock, service returns, and other never-owned products, we request customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing orders.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return, refund, cancellation, and after-sales support process.

Order Acceptance & Inspection

We take utmost care to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered within the committed timelines.

At the time of delivery, customers are requested to:

  • Carefully inspect the outer packaging, product condition, and accessories
  • Verify that the correct product has been delivered
  • Immediately report any visible transit damage, missing accessories, or discrepancies before accepting delivery

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Once a product delivery has been accepted by the customer, return or refund requests shall generally not be entertained unless:

  • The product is found to be physically damaged after complete unpacking
  • The product is non-functional/dead on arrival
  • The delivered product materially differs from the order placed

To validate such claims, customers must provide:

  • A complete and continuous unpacking video without cuts or edits
  • Clear visuals showing the shipping label, package condition, and product issue
  • Complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery

Claims raised without appropriate unpacking and delivery evidence may not be eligible for return or refund consideration.

Resolution for Valid Claims

If a claim is verified and accepted by NeverOwned.in, we may provide any one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair/service support for the product
  • Return acceptance with refund

The final resolution shall be determined after verification by our internal team or authorised service partners.

Refund Process

Cancellation Before Dispatch/Packing

Full 100% product value shall be refunded for orders cancelled before initiation of dispatch and packing of the product.

However, platform/payment gateway charges applicable at the time of placing the order may not be refunded in customer-initiated cancellations, as such charges are deducted upfront by banks/payment gateways before settlement to NeverOwned.in and are not retained by us.

For orders already packed based on customer confirmation but not yet dispatched, the refund amount shall be processed after deducting the actual packaging and handling charges incurred by us.

Cancellation Initiated by NeverOwned.in

In cases where cancellation is initiated by NeverOwned.in for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Operational limitations
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Any valid return/refund claim accepted by us

NeverOwned.in shall refund the complete amount paid by the customer, including the platform/payment gateway charges wherever applicable.

Refund Timelines

Refunds for approved returns or cancellations shall generally be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval/refund request.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking partner, or card issuer.

In certain cases, customers may be requested to share UPI or bank account details for processing balance refunds separately where the original payment gateway does not permit reversal of certain charges.

Undelivered Products

If an order is returned undelivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Refusal to accept a properly delivered product
  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts

then applicable forward and reverse logistics/courier charges + packaging cost shall be deducted from the refundable amount.

The final refund shall be processed after adjustment of actual shipping, packaging and handling costs incurred by NeverOwned.in.

After-Sales Service

After-sales service is provided either through:

  • Authorised service centres of the respective brands/manufacturers
    or
  • NeverOwned.in authorised service/support partners, wherever applicable

Large Appliances Covered by NeverOwned Warranty

For large appliances covered under NeverOwned.in service warranty and not under OEM warranty, customers may contact our support team or the designated service partner shared at the time of purchase.

Small Appliances

Small appliances are not covered under NeverOwned.in’s independent one-year service warranty unless specifically mentioned. Customers are requested to approach the respective brand-authorised service centres directly for support and warranty-related claims.

We remain committed to assisting customers with service coordination wherever reasonably possible.

Liability Disclaimer

NeverOwned.in acts as a platform facilitating the sale and delivery of products to customers across operational service locations.

While we make every effort to ensure quality checks, accurate descriptions, and proper delivery handling, NeverOwned.in shall not be held liable for:

  • Manufacturer-related defects beyond applicable warranty terms
  • Delays caused by logistics/service partners
  • Misuse, mishandling, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorised repairs by customers or third parties

All product support and warranty claims shall remain subject to the respective applicable warranty terms and service conditions.
