At NeverOwned, we do not refurbish products or sell repaired electronics as open-box.
Every item we list is either unused, customer-returned, cancelled in transit, or excess stock. It’s not dismantled, tampered with, or altered unless explicitly discussed.
If a product happens to be in 100% working condition after a minor part replacement (using original brand-authorised components), we may offer it to offline customers only — with full disclosure and at a special price. That’s a rare exception, not the norm, and always by choice.

Expert Quality Checks — Tailored for Each Product
Every product category — from air conditioners to washing machines — has its own technical checklist. Our trained technicians evaluate:
- Core functional performance (e.g., cooling, washing, audio-visual, controls)
- Safety & wear checks (e.g., no gas leaks, electrical issues, broken seals)
- External condition (scratches, dents, colour fading)
Each item must pass essential parameters to be listed. If it shows signs of moderate wear, it’s escalated to a technician’s review. Heavily damaged products are rejected.
