Terms & Conditions: NeverOwned Anniversary Mega Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility

• The Lucky Draw is open to all valid customers making a purchase either at NeverOwned Store Delhi or online at www.neverowned.in during the Campaign Period (7th August 2026 to 31st August 2026).

• Participants must provide valid and accurate personal contact information (Full Name, Active Mobile Number, Order/Invoice Number, Order Date, and Order Value).

2. How to Participate & Entry Mechanism

A. Offline In-Store Entries

1. Upon completing a purchase at any NeverOwned store, the store executive will assist the customer in filling out an official Lucky Draw receipt slip.

2. Mandatory slip details include: Customer Name, Mobile Number, Invoice/Order Date, Total Order Value, and Invoice/Order Number.

3. Upon filling out the form, the store executive will gently fold the slip and drop it into the sealed Anniversary Lucky Box directly in front of the customer.

B. Online Entries (www.neverowned.in)

1. Every successful order placed on www.neverowned.in during the Campaign Period automatically qualifies for a Lucky Draw entry.

2. An official physical slip containing the customer’s Name, Mobile Number, Order Date, Order Value, and Order Number will be generated by the NeverOwned team.

3. Draw Mechanism & Winner Selection

1. The sealed Anniversary Lucky Box will be opened at a scheduled time on 31st August 2026.

2. To ensure fair, unbiased, and completely random selection, a toddler / young child will be invited to draw one folded slip at a time from the box.

3. The order of selection shall determine the prize hierarchy:

• 1st Slip Drawn: 3rd Prize Winner (Apple Watch Series 3 Smartwatch)

• 2nd Slip Drawn: 2nd Prize Winner (Oppo Reno4 Pro Smartphone)

• 3rd Slip Drawn: 1st Prize Winner (Toshiba 75 inches 4K Smart TV)

4. Winners will be notified via phone call/WhatsApp on the registered mobile number provided on the entry slip within 48 hours of the draw.

4. Prize Redemption & Delivery Terms

A. In-Person Collection

• All winners are required to collect their prizes in person from the NeverOwned Delhi Outlet at 16, Chandan Hulla, Chhatarpur Main Road, New Delhi - 110074.

• Winners must present a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Driving License) matching the name on the winning slip, along with the original purchase invoice.

B. Home Delivery & Shipping Charges

• If a winner is unable to visit the Delhi Outlet in person and requests home delivery or courier dispatch, all shipping, logistics, transit insurance, and delivery charges must be entirely borne by the winner.

• NeverOwned will not be responsible for any damages or delays that occur during courier transit once the item has been dispatched.

5. General Terms & Disclaimers

1. Non-Transferable & Non-Encashable: Prizes won under this Lucky Draw cannot be exchanged for cash, store credits, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

2. Product Warranty: Prizes awarded under this campaign are distributed as-is, subject to available brand or extended warranty terms associated with the item.

3. Tax Liabilities: Any applicable government taxes, TDS, or local levies on the prize items shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Final Management Decision: The decision of NeverOwned Management regarding eligibility, entry validity, draw execution, winner selection, and prize distribution shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.

5. Jurisdiction Clause: The Management's decision in every aspect of this Lucky Draw is final and cannot be challenged in any court of law, tribunal, or dispute forum.
