The Sony MHC-V13 is a high-power party speaker built for music playback, social gatherings and karaoke. Its compact vertical design combines two 5 cm high-efficiency horn tweeters and a 20 cm woofer, while the JET BASS BOOSTER uses a bass-reflex duct structure to direct bass sound more effectively across the listening area.

For parties and gatherings, the MHC-V13 adds a multicolour speaker light, FIESTA mode, karaoke functions and Bluetooth connectivity. The built-in microphone input also supports guitar connection, giving the system additional use as a karaoke and guitar setup.

You can stream music wirelessly through Bluetooth, play supported files from USB or CDs, listen to FM radio, and control compatible functions through the Sony | Music Center and Fiestable apps. The built-in carrying handle makes the speaker easier to move between rooms or locations.

JET BASS BOOSTER for Focused Bass

Weak or poorly directed bass can reduce the impact of party music. The MHC-V13 uses a tapered bass-reflex duct structure as part of its JET BASS BOOSTER system to concentrate bass airflow, helping bass remain more noticeable across the listening area.

High-Efficiency Horn Tweeters

Sound can become less noticeable as listeners move away from the speaker. The MHC-V13 uses two upward-facing 5 cm high-efficiency horn tweeters to expand the soundstage upward and help distribute high-frequency sound across a wider area.

20 cm Woofer

The dedicated 20 cm woofer handles the speaker's low-frequency reproduction. Its larger driver works together with the JET BASS BOOSTER system to provide the bass component of the speaker's overall sound.

Multicolour Speaker Light

A standard speaker can provide audio without adding a visual element to a gathering. The MHC-V13 features a multicolour speaker light that responds to the party environment and adds visual lighting to music playback.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Wired connections can make it less convenient to switch between music sources. Bluetooth allows compatible smartphones and other devices to stream music wirelessly, while the system supports simultaneous pairing of up to three smartphones.

Karaoke & Guitar Input

Music sessions can be more engaging when guests can participate. The dedicated microphone input supports karaoke functions including vocal fader, key control, scoring, mic volume, echo and voice changer, while the input can also be used with a guitar.

Fiestable & Sony | Music Center Apps

Managing music and party functions from the speaker itself can be inconvenient during gatherings. Compatible Sony | Music Center and Fiestable apps provide smartphone-based control of supported music, sound, lighting, DJ and karaoke functions.

USB Playback & Recording

USB connectivity gives you a direct way to play compatible music files from a USB device. The MHC-V13 also supports USB recording, allowing supported content to be transferred to a USB device.

CD & FM Playback

The MHC-V13 is not limited to wireless streaming. It supports CD, CD-R and CD-RW playback, along with FM radio reception and preset FM channels.

Wireless Party Chain

One speaker may not provide the desired scale for a larger gathering. The MHC-V13 supports Wireless Party Chain via Bluetooth, allowing compatible Sony high-power party speakers to be connected for a larger synchronized setup.

Easy-Carry Design
